Old sharp copiers Patch#

Nerd Journey # 161 - Booking the Time to Read in 2022 Best Practices & General IT.Would there be a good utility to use to be able to monitor traffic from a copier to the server to see what is going on or do I need to look more at the switch/router level.? These 4 copiers that are not working are at other locations and on different subnets and the two that are working are as well. Nothing has changed on our network (that I am aware of) and all other systems are running fine. So I am really not sure if that is the main issue. I have applied the work around fix the things that this patch broke as mention in this link with no success: So I am not sure how two copiers have no problems scanning to a sever where that patch was applied to and 4 do. We own a few sharp copiers that we use for scanning various documents to network shares.
